Couldn't hold my attention through the whole of the book. Reasonably solid mystery in there, moderately sensible protagonist, and the bee-keeping is interesting. I think in part I was put off by the "quirk" of the narrator and her sister. Her sister peppers her speech liberally with text-speak, and I shook my head at the idea of someone saying "GR2BR" and "HUD". The protagonist is fond of dot points, and while I could accept that someone might like dot point lists, and could incorporate them into conversation, the frequency of it began to bug me, and I especially disliked when it intruded into narration instead of action.
